Community Update/Good News Story

This morning, your local Safer Neighbourhood Team attended a community drop-in at the Salvation Army, where we had the pleasure of meeting a number of local residents.

It was a really positive and productive session, giving us the opportunity to speak directly with members of the community, listen to concerns, and offer advice and reassurance around local issues. We appreciate everyone who took the time to come along and engage with us.

Whilst out on patrol in the area, officers also made an arrest of a prolific shoplifter who was wanted. This forms part of our ongoing efforts to tackle retail crime and keep the local area safe.

We will continue to carry out high-visibility patrols and engage with the community. If you see us out and about, please do come and say hello.
